Abortion-Biblical View

Briefly state your view on the value of human life in relation to everything else.
-I believe in Genesis 1:27 personally. (So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.) I, myself, sometimes struggle on keeping my body and soul holy that I ask for forgiveness constantly, but I am sure that each Christians' bodies are God's Holy temples. And I believe that Christians should try hard on keep themselves apart from what the world tells them to do. Such as an abortion, drugs addiction, alcohol, cigarettes, and committing suicides are not the ones God wants us to be confused at. Every person who has Christ in their hearts is the ones who should be influencing the world and even change what the world argues. I believe that the grace of God gave us the eternal life through Christ. Just as apostle Paul said in Galatians 2:20, we all have been crucified with Christ, and this life that I live is not mine but His. So my life is directly connected to my personal Savior, and Jesus Christ measures the value of my life. Then, how does Jesus Christ look at us and think of us? Could we just spend our lives the way we want to and not value of ourselves and use it in every way that satisfies our physical needs? This is what Jesus describes about Kingdom of God in Matthew 13:46, "When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it." God wouldn't have sent His one and only Son for us, if we all were deserved to die and condemned eternally. And because Jesus thinks every each one of us the great value, He came down on this earth and sold everything that He had. So in conclusion, I say that the value of human life is determined not by us but by Jesus Christ who gave the true meaning of life. And because how we live our lives reflects the One that we have in our hearts, we should value ourselves as treasures of our Holy Father.
