Have you ever looked up at the stars at night and wonder what life has planned for you? For me I died in a car crash ten years ago but out of nowhere a genie appeared and gave me a second chance in life. So I took it and all my determination made me what I am today. So let's start from the beginning.
After the car crash ten years ago, I turned my life around. I went right back to get my high school diploma because without it I wouldn't be successful. It might have taken four years to get my diploma. When I had that diploma in my hands I felt a sudden rush of energy that flowed through my body. This jump started me to go to Pasadina to enroll at the University of Culinary Arts.
At the University of Culinary Arts, the fifth top ranking culinary art school in the world, I was top of my class; I had trained for five years with master chefs. While I was there I ran into Anthony my old friend from high school. We met up with other friends that we had met and hanged out and talked. The school was everything that I had hoped it was. Each classroom had a stainless steel stove with nine high output burners for each student and only the top of the line cooking utensils. My five years in that school were fantastic. My learning experience and the friends I met were part of my success that allowed me to open my own restaurant.
I had opened my restaurant a year after I graduated from the university. It has a unique name that everyone is able to remember, Che Red. At first it was hard being one the first restaurant to serve Italian, Mexican, and Chinese. What most people don't know is Italian and Mexican use almost the same technique and Chinese is an art for me, there to spice up and make the restaurant unique. This made it a hot spot with celebrity but all this is thanks to the genie.
I am grateful for the genie that gave me a second chance in life. Going back to high school and getting my diploma which allowed me the opportunity to graduate from the culinary art school.
