             EDUCATION.
Every school day, in dozens of these programs across the country, teachers and staff face a monumental challenge: motivating some of society's most troubled kids to take an interest in their own education.              All parts of XYZ's programs are designed to be therapeutic. Staff work with youth to understand the issues causing their behavior that resulted in them becoming involved with the criminal justice system. Through supportive relationships with the staff, the young people learn to mediate impulses and develop abilities to express emotions with clarity and appropriateness. In addition, depending upon the specific program, a youth may participate in: .
