This is the obstacle for women to have human rights.
             Women are discriminated in education.
             In America, most of women were educated. However, most of the analphabetisms are females, and they are not encouraged to have the same majors as males. Education is the key factor of women's development. Improving the level of women's education can help reduce population, and improve health of family members. In this way, women should gain priority of education.
             Women are discriminated in politics.
             American women have been facing great obstruction in sharing rights and policy decision. After a long period of struggle, women have become more active in political arena, but there is still a long way to go to catch up with men.
             Women, half of the population, have made great contribution to society, but they are still in a condition without any rights. The sex discrimination leads to the lack of chances for women to compete. An American female official talked about what she met since she had been engaged in politics. When she campaigned 20 years ago, she was thought to be a homosexual, because she was not married at the age of 27. After she got married, it was said that her husband was the backstage supporter. After she had a baby, she was believed not to make a good mother because she was engaged in politics. She sighed, "no matter what you do, attack always comes to you."2.
             American women are seriously looked down upon in politics. They are not believed to make any decision. This leads to the women's total loss in rights. If women want to find themselves, they, I strongly believe, should share half of the rights in politics, because they are half of the human beings.
             A lot of women have awakened, and they have struggled for their rights many times.
             Declaration of Independence did not consider women or black people as human beings, because the word "man" was used for all people. Thus after 72 years, American women's movements commenced in 1848.
