Guy Paul Moran

Guy Paul Morin was convicted of first-degree murder of Christine Jessop a crime that he did not commit and was wrongfully convicted of to begin with. False DNA testing proofed that this man was not the murder. And that all information related to the murder case was poorly laid out and followed through by the forensic team and Police Detectives of Durham Regional Police. Strong accusations and testifying inmates told the jury that Paul Morin was in fact the murder but in reality they where just saying this to save there own skins. Even with all the evidence convicted against this man he was still not guilty of this horrible crime. For instance if DNA testing had been done back then in the early 80's then quite possibly Morin would not have been put in jail for a crime he did not commit. Plots and well put out framing and set ups to send this man to jail where put into place but why and how. Looking into the investigation done by the Durham Regional Police there are many miss placed and left out chunks of information and research that where not thoroughly investigated by the Police Department. For instance a journalist named Kirk Makin stated back in (1995) that when the investigation of the homicide was conducted the police did not set up a tent where the body was located and it was poorly secured. If they had then quite possibly the forensics team and police could have did a full out grid search of the area and could have taken soil samples and other organic samples from around the area. These samples could have aided in the estimation of decomposition of the body and if in fact, the murder was committed at the murder scene or someone where else. Police Investigators Bernie Fitzpatrick and John Shepherd where on the case. The detectives did investigation on suspected individuals there names where Dean MacPhail, Brad Foster, and Bill Larocque all possible homicidal suspects with the intention to do harm to a little 9 year old girl.
