How does curiosity effect people and their actions?.
Curiosity is the determination to learn.
Thunder" by Ray Bradbury, the characters went back in time to experience .
the excitement of killing a dinosaur. The movie "Back to the future" is .
about an inventor who builds a time machine so that he could learn more .
about past and future cultures. Also, in the story "Searching for .
summer" by Joan Aiken, the couple was curious of what the sun was like and .
undergoes a journey to encounter it for them. In life, curiosity temps .
people to gain knowledge of the unknown by experiencing it for .
themselves. This can relate this to the story "A sound of Thunder".
The story "A sound of Thunder" is about a man named Eckels that has an .
overly cocky tone and decided to take a time machine to the .
pre-Jurassic era for some feral dinosaur hunting. Eckels was curious about the .
dinosaurs and had a thirst for the hunt and it tempted him to do whatever .
it takes to satisfy that thirst, having the illusion that it would be .
massively inferior to him. That would be the main reason why he spent .
so much money, to experience the thrill and excitement of a real .
dinosaur. However, Eckels was put into a major crisis when he meets his .
dinosaur. Now, the once haughty Eckels trembled at the sight of it and .
cowered away. This can also be related to a timeless classic called "Back .
to the Future".
The movie "Back to the Future" is about an inventor that turns a car .
into a time machine and accidentally sends a teenager to the past. This .
inventor, named Dr. Emmett Brown, spent his entire life inventing .
anonymous contraptions. Of all the gadgets he has made, the idea if time .
travel has always intrigued him. Brown was curious of the different .
cultures of different time periods. The fact that he could make a .
difference in the world and change the present-future would mean he could stop .
any terrorist attacks, and even prevent wars.
