Naturally a normal person may take in about one gram of creatine a day from such foods, which after consumed forms a compound that helps promote the production of ATP(aednosine triphosphate) the body's energy compound ( Schwarsenegger, 765). When using creatine it helps make more energy available to your body during extreme short-term workouts, or intense exercises, such as weight training and plyometrics done by most football players.
