Organizational Behavior

I started to observe how he handled his employees, which I think is the greatest concern for an employer. Not only in our family, but also in the organization, he always tried to motivate people. In the case of our family, he tried to give us motivation to become better in school. For example, he was telling us that if we do well in school he would buy us that computer that we have always wanted. Whereas, in the organization things were getting different. My father says that money can .
act as an incentive to work harder. Pay buys the goods and services that people want to satisfy other needs. And as a result the more boring the job the less the interest of the employees; on the other hand, the greater the importance of money as a motivator and incentive to effort.
Keeping these things on his mind, my father believed that people would work well if they see that their efforts lead to good performance and that the results of this performance satisfy their own needs. He always tried to reward that good performance by giving them bonus and a promise that with a better effort their salary will go higher. Of course, all these can only be established with a good relationship and communication between the employer and the employees. In other words, the employer must be one among equals.
Conflicts can happen every day, in families, organizations, schools. In my family, my brother and me were most of the times, in conflict. But since I was a little child, I remember my father always trying to avoid discrimination between my brother and me. We both get the same attention no matter what. When we were kids we have been getting the same amount of pocket money, the same attention, and generally we shared the same things. When I got older, I realized that this is not happening in real life, outside my family. I remember recently, when I tried to find a job in a bank, after taking the necessary exams, I found out later on, that men took most of the positions.
