As the boy sat up in his bed crying and rubbing his eyes, the camera had picked up several orbs going towards the stairway. As the cameras went back to watching the boy, they had focused in on orbs appearing near his door. The orbs appeared to hover over to the bed and over top of the boy. As this happened the boy calmly went back to sleep. Researchers were viewing the footage as it was happening from other rooms in the house. They say that instead of frightening the boy, they calmed him down and comforted him (Krivyanski 5).

Although when ghosts make their presence on earth, they usually have a message they want to tell a friend or family member, however, when on earth you can sense them in four ways: sight, smell, touch, or hearing them ("Ghosts" 3 & 4). When seen by humans, ghosts may appear to look like the following: orb, spiral rings, ribbons or rods, hazes, or balls of light ("Ghosts" 2). In the sense of smelling the ghost or spirit, the smell may be one that is associated with the person such as smoke if they were a smoker to even flowers as if they were a gardener. A touch of a ghost may be a cold chill or breeze or a tickling sensation. Some noises caused by a ghost may include knockings, tapings, bumping, electrical appliances turning on, and even a phone call ("Ghosts" 3). .
