The role of management is to continue to keep employees motivated using such skills as: interpersonal communication skills; selecting quality team members; personal praise for performance; and promoting team value and organization benefits. .
             The Role Of The Organization .
             The organization has to establish a strategy to keep employees committed to success in business. The plan also has to be able to motivate individuals to want to reach their personal goals. It is also a good idea to offer rewards for working well as a team, and being productive in critical situations as a group. Organizations should develop incentives that compliment employee life challenges, and their special .
             interest. This would motivate employees to give more, and try to overachieve. An example to catering to a special interest would be to develop a day care center for working single parents. .
             It is expressed that "the better you treat your horses the faster they run." An organization role is to deliberate that same approach through out business operations.
