             One reason an animal may be endangered is because they only eat certain food, which might also be endangered for the same reason. When this happens animals have to be imported so that they can be eaten and boost the population of the ecosystem.              The Wild Bird Conservation Act of 1992 promotes the conservation of exotic birds by encouraging wild bird conservation and management programs in countries of their origin.
