The night of September 18, 1988, was the day that I born in Montreal, Quebec at Saint Mary's Hospital. My parents decided to name me Michael Francesco Fazzari. My parents were extremely excited when the doctor told them that I was healthy and ready to go home. I wasn't the only child, I have a brother whose name is Giuseppe Fazzari and is now 19 years old. The first house I lived in was in the Saint Michel district on 25 Avenue in the apartment on top of my Dad's parent's house. After years were passing by and while my brother and I were getting older my parents decided it was time to move because the house was too small for us. We moved to Saint Leonard on the street 8537 D"Artagnan(after one of the musketeers). It is where I am living currently and I am happy where I am now.
The one thing in my life that I think will always be important to me is hockey. I have been playing since I was 4 years old and still am. Other thing that are important to me is my family, friends, and of course my school work. My goals in my life are to become a professional hockey player and play in the NHL. If that does not happen then I will try and become a commercial electrician.
The history of the world hasn't played a big part in my life. My Mom and Dad did immigrate to Canada form Italy where they were born and brought up. Good things that came out of immigrating to Canada were to find a career and make a successful living because in Italy there wasn't any work that could have been found. A terrible thing that came out of immigrating to Canada was leaving most of the family behind and sort of starting a new life over. Also my parents really couldn't pursue into schooling because they had to work early in their ages to make money for the family and maybe what they are doing now as a job wasn't really what they wanted to do.
For my own life really the only two historic events that had an effect on my life was the 98 Ice Storm, and the attack on the two towers.
