Many people are drawn to many different hobbies. Ice Hockey just happened to be mine. It's been almost 5 years since my mother and father took me ice-skating. I was three years old. Before I move any further I would like to tell you that I come from a family that has a long history of hockey.
Hockey has always been a exciting sport for me. A lot of people are curious as to why you would want to do such things that require you to wake up at five in the morning to go to a hockey practice. Its all for the love of the game. Hockey is not all about the true game it is also about life skills. It gives you the confidence to live life to its true potential and shows you the ropes and boundaries of life.
My family has been involved in hockey throughout my childhood and even before I was born. My three brothers all played hockey. My father coached me throughout my early years of hockey and also coached my three other brothers. He has taught me many new skills, which connect towards the game of hockey. He also introduced me to the game and that is something that will be an everlasting memory. .
Many people think it takes all skill and strength to make it to the big leagues, but it also takes carrying, committed and loving parents. My parents have always provided support throughout my early hockey career. They pay thousands of dollars and spend many hours supporting myself and the team. They also provide me with transportation to and from the rink. My parents have always provided support through the good times and the bad, which gave me the confidence to excel and enjoy the great sport of hockey.
I have played hockey since I was about 5 years old. My real hockey career started when I was 13 years old. I tried out for Peewee "AA", a team which my parents and I knew that it wasn't going to be an easy task to make. I tried out for the team for about three weeks. I thought I played all right but not my best and that was very tough for me to realize.
