We will serve as a parking facility for people working in downtown .
Chicago, visiting the United Center, or for any other miscellaneous reason that .
someone would have that would cause them to need to park in downtown Chicago.

Our target markets consist mainly of people visiting the United Center, .
Working in downtown Chicago, or living in downtown Chicago. We will target the .
approximate 2,896,016 people in Chicago as reported by the United States .
Census. .
The United Center hosts multiple events that attract people all over .
the country who will need parking to attend events there. Such events include .
Chicago Bulls games, Chicago Black hawks games, many college sporting events, .
and numerous minor league hockey and basketball leagues. We would be .
positioned as the prime parking venue for people coming from Chicago, and from .
abroad to see such events. Other events which we would cater to would be the .
hundreds of music or theater acts performed every year including concerts by .
Dave Mathews Band, and the Icecapaids. The United Center has a total of 95,027 .
seats; 20,500 hockey seats, 21,711 basketball seats, 24,500 concert seats, .
25,000 boxing seats, 216 luxury seats, and 3,100 club seats. The United Center .
has only 6,500 on site parking spaces for all of these seats(these figures were .
gathered from "Team Marketing Report, and "Media Ventures"). .
Our parking area is also an excellent place for people who are visiting .
Chicago because it is only minutes away from Metro, and CTA stops that can take .
them anywhere in the City. We also target the thousands of people who are .
brought into the downtown area by the UIC as well as the people that work at .
that hospital. Lastly we target the thousands who already live in the down .
town area, and those who will live in the area as the population expands.
