As mentioned in (Kipp, 1999) Joseph Kambell once said that if you see every single step of your path clearly defined step by step then it's not your own but someone else's. It is acceptable to a certain degree to try to follow in someone else's footsteps but one must dig in and find their own path. Mine is one of constant growth and evolution toward self-improvement.
             Growth and evolution are very natural processes in all living things. All living organisms grow, and even when they seem like they are not there is growth that is incurring constantly. It is .
             a fact of life that there is constant growth in any ecosystem and any living thing (Ho,2002). Similar to that physical phenomenon we grow intellectually by constantly learning new ideas, concepts facts and expanding on them. As our world around us constantly changes and evolves we must stay closely tuned to its evolution, and grow and evolve along side it. Both in our personal world, as well as in our management experiences it is key that we need to have a clear perception of our changing world. We do best when we attend to what is happening in real time rather than drawing on formulas and techniques that have been documented from the past (Kipp, 1999).
             Where I am.
             I am currently at a point in my life where I am pretty happy and feel pretty good about the overall balance of my life. I have a great family that I adore and treasure. They hold my number one priority spot. I have a great job that I love in a multitude of ways. It compensates me very well, gives me a feeling of being useful and productive, and keeps me challenged. I have a new and improved lifestyle which has added to my intellectual stimulation and my feeling of maintaining a good balance and happiness in the years to come. That last point refers to my .
