This paper focus on the impact of wireless technology on the real estate business, how wireless networks make the real estate professional work much more efficiently, and what services and wireless technology currently available can provide benefits to the real estate industry over all. And for purpose of this research, only the corporate portion of the Real Estate Industry arena will be addressed. Corporations are working diligently to create wireless data strategies that will provide value propositions for either employees or their customers/clients in real estate business. Corporations are trying to address their clients' demand while simultaneously developing ways in which to link their mobile employees to all of the centralized data within the Real Estate Corporate Intranet. For the real estate industry of interest, I believe locations and real-time data are the most critical content factors that will drive the adoption of wireless applications within this industry. With the advances of third generation (3G) technology will enhance and extend mobility in many areas of our lives and Real Estate industry business individual. 3G will allow for high-speed access to the Internet, entertainment, quality information, and electronic commerce service on any subject wherever we are, whenever we want it. Wireless services will add several conveniences to our day-to-day lives. This is not to say that this technology will benefit real estate professionals, who work most of their time on the road or outside their office. But it answers the question of supporting new, flexible working practices where employees need access to a wide range of information and services via their corporate intranets, wherever they are, so they can make informed decisions immediately. "As mobile professionals, real estate agents are frequently away from their desks, but it is becoming increasingly important for them to be in continuous contact with their clients and stay up-to-date with the real estate market while on the go.
