Though in organisational buying we can implement the Buy grid Framework. The Buy grid framework (shown in Appendix 4) that was developed by Robinson et al (1967) and showed two concepts the buy grid' as well as buy class characteristics'.
             These concepts were able to show how organisations made purchases, as it showed which stages of the decision making process were most critical for each of the three buy classes.
             When an organisation which is going through the decision making process like I might do. The search for and qualification of potential sources will usually throw up Allegiance Corporation, as it is one of the largest and most stable companies for supplying these types of goods. One major influencer on their behaviour once potential suppliers have come up is the importance of the product. Though in the industry we are talking about it is especially important that all products will be of the highest importance. It is not as though we are talking about a spring for a toy making company. This is equipment for Hospital's and Health Care and they are of vital importance. This is a major influencer in this industry and they need the best people supplying them with the equipment.
             As a potential customer it is very reassuring to receive all your supplies from one place. Allegiance increasingly encourages companies to single source from them and advantages can be gained from this. .
