Xavier de Maistre discovered a new meaning to life.
through something he would take the object and change the angle, so he could better see .
what its meaning was. Take for instance his sofa, which to most people would just be an .
object to sit on. De Maistre would see it as more than wood and fabric, as a part of his .
life. The sofa was memorabilia that he could take with him through life. Every time he .
looked at that sofa he could appreciate it not for its purpose, rather for the value of time .
he spent on it.
Xavier took his routine and turned it into his adventure. He found a new life .
inside of his everyday life. Publishing a book on his findings, and his open minded .
discovers broadened peoples minds to look inside the book, before judging the cover. .
Obviously by reading his book, people were enhanced with a sixth sense to see through .
something and to engulf the findings it may bring. Opening a new chapter in his life is .
proclaimed by seeing his room in many unique ways. De Maistre was a explorer and .
defiantly paved a new road to life. .
Subjective.
In the era of triumph and failure one couldn't possibly dream to match the .
outcome of such people Magellan, Drake, Anson, and Cook. Xavier de Maistre was an .
explorer as much as the four entrepreneurs mentioned above. Its not where you go, its .
not how you find it, it is what you discover that makes you an entrepreneur. Personally, I .
would like to read his book to further explain my own opinions on his findings. From the .
article you can get a base of his imaginations. There are many different personalities in .
life, people are open minded, closed minded, or in between. There wouldn't be different .
discoveries if everyone thought the same. De Maistre explains that you should look .
further into the object and find out what it is about. I think differently about focusing on .
the more important things in life such as work, why does it matter who walks past you on .
