What is Critical Thinking

The task of the decision maker is to come up with the solution.
I think critical thinking is when you take a subject and thoroughly dissect it to get a through understanding of what it is, what it can be, if it is going to create any problems, and how can it be controlled. When you start your critical thinking process you first start with ideas and subtopics that help make you understand what the main topic is all about. This process helps in developing the questioning process and helping you learn what it takes to get a through knowledge of the topic.
Decision-making is when you have a problem and a resolution is needed. To get to the resolution one must ask multiple question, do research and to pull all of these resources together to make a viable decision. To make a good decision, I think one must learn what are the pros and what are the cons for decision made. If you make a decision and it turns out to be a really bad decision then it could cost you something that you couldn't repay. If you learn what the pros and cons are for the problem then hopefully the decision won't be the wrong one. Another skill of decision-making is that of trying to look at the problem from a different perspective. What I mean by a different perspective is try and look at the problem a different way. If you have a problem and it may affect more than just yourself try to put yourself in the other person's position and try to see how the resolution to the problem affects them. If it effects them in a bad way then you would probably want to change your decision. Sometimes when you are making decision you"ll most likely have one the involves a financial situation. All I can say about this is that it usually just doesn't affect you so whatever your decision is it should make the most financial sense. .
Critical thinking and Decision Making go hand-n-hand with one another because these two skills are necessary for both.
