Put the flour in one pan, and add an appropriate amount of water, and mix it properly. If by mistake you use too much water, add just more flour and then you will get normal dough. After mixing it for a while, a good and perfect dough is ready. Then, make small balls of dough and flatten them. After that, put a small amount of mashed potato mixture in the middle of the flat dough and roll it. Once this is done, it is ready to be cooked. It was very difficult for me on my first try, but I eventually get it when I started practicing every day. When I prepare the dough my hands get covered with it, and when I need something I have to ask my brother for it.
With the help of a roller, make kachaude flat. Put a pan on the gas stove, and turn the gas stove on. If you have induction stove it will still work. After that pour a small amount of oil in the pan. If you happen to add too much oil, that will not affect the kachaude. When the oil is hot put in the kachaude. Keep turning it from both sides until it is cooked well and the color turns brown. Just try to make sure that the color has turned brown. When I used to do it I used to take them out, before the color even changed to brown and it didn't taste well. The spicy and hot kachaude is ready to serve. The kachaude is really hot and the potatoes inside it are also very hot. You have to cool it first or your mouth will burn.
After the kachaude is made its time to prepare the Chutney. Making chutney is easy. Get tomato and fresh green chili, wash them well, and cut them in small pieces.
