My mom grabbed my arm and pinched my side really tight. .
"Ouch!" I shouted.
I glared at my mom and she glared back. I just followed her inside the house and helped her. I didn't get to see the reaction on my friends because everything seemed to have happened so fast. All the time I was helping my mother, I just thought of my anger towards her because of what she did to me in front of my friends. Then something just popped into my mind; it keeps on repeating and repeating in my head like a chant. .
"I hope you will die. I hope you will die. I hope you will die." I never could've imagined that because of my anger, I hoped for this horrible thing to happen to my mom. .
Later on that week, I was having fun with the same group of friends. I had completely forgot about the incident that had happened. I even forgot what I was chanting in my head. I went in around 8 o'clock at night and I was extremely tired. While lying on my bed, I did not notice that I had fallen into a dreamless sleep.
I woke up the next morning and it was Saturday, meaning there was no class. I was wide-awake already but everything seemed to be so weird. Everything I see appeared to be blurred. I didn't hear noises from the kitchen, no sign of people. I got up from my bed, went out of my room and saw my mom getting out of the front door. There was something really odd. She was wearing a long violet dress!.
"This is all so weird." I thought to myself.
Mom didn't even say that she would be attending a party this early. I noticed that my heart was starting to pound. I had a feeling that what was happening was not good. I tried to call my mom but no voice came out from my mouth. I decided to follow her outside and to my surprise, our front lawn was gone and all that was left there was a dirt road. I did not have much time to ask myself what was happening. I ran as fast as I could and luckily, I was able to grab my mom's hand.
