Learning and gaining new knowledge is not only for schoolchildren or college students, everyone has to learn day by day. Learning at work can be as simple as getting regular honest feedback, being given new tasks, exposing assignment for new experiences. Learning something new every day is a great way to add to our personal knowledge base. Rapsilber, says, "What make me happy at work is I can listen to different students who come from different states and countries, and I do not have to spend money on travel". Due to his job as an advisor, Rapsilber meets variety students daily to give them valuable advice. He enjoys his work by sitting one place and listening to diverse cultures from various students who come from different places, without travelling purchase.
