            The Ford Motor Company has been improving on the design of cards by promoting the go green hybrid cars. The company has impacted a change about the people preference of the environmentally friendly cars. However, the changes have not been viewed positively by the consumer`s and Ford has to conduct statistical analysis to investigate the consumers concerns and determine the areas they need to advance. The cost of the maintenance of the hybrid cars was picked to be the driving concern about the sales of the ford products. In the research design, the independent variable was the hybrid cars and the dependent variable was the economic and environment efficient or cost of maintenance. The research design was set as follows:.
             Population and Size.
             `The research was carried out aimed to determine the sales of the hybrid ford cars for a period of three years. The sales of the vehicles were to be checked against the sales of the contemporary non-environmental friendly cars. The cars to be evaluated included the sales of all the hybrid cars irrespective of the model for a period of three years. The number of sales was to be gotten from the company`s sales records. It was assumed that the Company was keeping up to date sales records that represented the actual stock movement of the hybrid sales. The sales of the other type of vehicles was observed from the firm`s sales profile. .
             The Target Population and Brief Reasoning.
             The target population for the research was determined by the data mining and through the questionnaire. The data mining was used to check the maintenance requirements each and type of the hybrid vehicle. The maintenance of the other type of the vehicles was also determined using the producer`s requirements of the vehicles. From the collected data, a sample was picked that included the hybrid cars that required higher maintenance than the rest according to the manufacturer`s statement.
