Raw food is believed to contain nutrients and vitamins for the mind and body to function well. The idea is that heating food destroys its nutrients and natural enzymes, which is bad because enzymes boost digestion and fight chronic disease. In short: When you cook it, you kill it (Crotty, 2004).Raw food includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and herbs. Many processed foods are loaded with sugars and fats therefore if a student were to take one it will make him/her weak in studying for long hours(Mimi,K,2011).
Fruits.
Fruits a very important part of a balanced and healthy raw food. Fruits are great cleaning creation and are loaded with nutrients for building strong healthy minds. Many fruits are 80 to 90% water, water that's been filtered by the plant itself to provide an outstanding source of hydration and nutrients that provide strong healthy bodies and mind for students researched by (Garcia, 2004).
Bananas and Carrots.
A banana for instance would be a good raw food to sell in the market. Bananas make students smarter and help with learning by making you more alert. Another vital raw food is carrot. Carrot consists of vitamin A that makes students vision bright and clear according to (Garcia, 2008).
Egg (omega).
There are foods that boost our mind power to function well and fast in learning. "The majority of the cell structure in the brain consists of healthy fats, including the most important healthy fats, called Omega-3 fatty acids. As the brain continues to fix itself and grow additional neurons, it needs a good amount of Omega-3s to be consumed" (Gunners, n.d.). Egg contains omega that gives full energy to the brain particularly for students. Therefore an egg would be the most likely food that should be in the market. .
Coconut Oil.
Not only does the market should sell food but natural herbs such as coconut oil. "Coconut oil contains medium chain triglycerides that body uses for energy, leaving glucose for the brain of a student" (Strass, 2001).
