The market usually consists of cooked food (stew rice) peanuts and flex etc. This report will base on how they (sellers) can improve in selling nutritious food at the market for a student's well being.
Background.
The main targets are the students of Pau. From observation, there was a need to this situation on the type of food they sold, often protein sold. This results in unbalanced food, for instance stew rice and chicken soup is on sale unlike varieties of vegetables not sold which is a concern to the target market, particularly the student's need good food to add to the learning capability of each individual. A student needs healthy food in order for him to study and perform academically.

Description.
The market is situated near the dining hall of Pacific Adventist University from 10:00am-3:00pm. Mothers sell food such as stew rice, chicken soup, soft drinks, cakes mainly there unlike varieties of fruits. Peanut is the only fruit sold at the market apart from other fruits. Students help themselves with these foods produced at the market particularly the stew rice and chicken soup as their source of energy.
Evaluation.
More vegetables and fruit are common help to students when they are studying. They provide much needed minerals and vitamins for brain power.
Raw Food.
Raw food is the best quality food a student can take which is less sold in the market. It is believed that "raw food" clears headache and boosts immunity and improve mind power for students.
