In just a split second that familiar sound it can take you back to that one certain event that you suffered and in your mind you can relive certain event through memory which could trigger a memory you thought was never there. Your mind will play tricks on you making you think that you are there when you are not.
             Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD as a psychobiological syndrome is one of many manifestation of the human stress response system. Under normal conditions the hyperarousal state is activated by a stimulus that is recognized as a threat or danger will decrease rapidly and return to its normal baseline function, the brain or your response responds by generating more fuel to cope with it until the demands have been met and they are no longer required. Then at this point the brain or human system can return to homeostatic functioning. (Corales).
             Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or (PTSD) is a psychobiological state whose manifestations are biobehavioral either internal or external in all actions of nature. The prolonged stress response patterns constitute a dynamic syndrome of symptoms and signs and can cause behavioral issues. It may change a person's personality, cognitive processing, memory, perception, motivation, and even relationships. But not all persons develop a full blown disorder certain individual's will manifest acute reactions or even stress disorders and high levels of stress reactions.
             It is very important to understand that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is not a unidimensional phenomenon there are many psychological effects of trauma that are expressed on all levels you have physical, psychological, social, spiritual, interpersonal, some people with this disorder may have systems of belief, ideology, values, and meaning of life. It is considered an illness or a psychiatric disorder causing individuals to take their own lives. .
             Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or (PTSD) rates varies from one percent to one hundred percent for combat veterans and other trauma populations with high levels of trauma exposure.
