Introduction.
Dimerco is china public listed international Logistics and Transportation Company which headquarter in Taipei, Taiwan. It was established since 1971 and ranked 25th out of the top 35 logistics companies in the industries of Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. It provides logistics and transportation services in term of land, air, and sea from all over the world (DIMERCO, n.d). Despite that, Dimerco had expanded its business operation to Asia pacific, North America and Europe. Throughout the years, Dimerco is doing well and had entered partnership as well as joint-venture with other companies. And now, the company had 300 service outlets in 53 countries and 143 offices in 17 countries which include Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Los Angeles, London, Australia and many more. Apart from that, Dimerco also being awarded throughout the years since 1995 such as ISO 9002 certification in Taiwan, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and United States. Besides, China International Freight Forwarders Association also known as CIFA consistently awarded Dimerco for its freight services in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2014.
