Who is the best author of all times? Obviously everyone has their own opinion but I think that the top three authors are J.K Rowling, Suzanne Collins and Stephen Hawking. J.K Rowling was born on July 31st 1965 in Chipping Sudbury, Gloucestershire. She started writing the Harry Potter series in a coffee shop while her two daughters were taking a nap. I enjoy reading J.K Rowling's book series Harry Potter because they take you out of this world and when you read it feels like you are in a whole new world. The Harry Potter series has since then won numerous awards and become a tremendous success around the world. Suzanne Marie Collins was born on August 10, 1962 and started her writing career by writing as a writer for a television show. She got the idea of The Hunger Games from her father. Since her father was in the military she heard many stories about poverty, starvation and the effect of war that inspired her to write The Hunger Games. I enjoy reading Suzanne Collins book series The Hunger Games because it shows you how people are and the way the world can be. She has been on The New York Times Bestselling list for more than 60 weeks in a row, won numerous awards, and sold more than 1.5 million copies. But most of all I like reading Stephen Hawking because you gain knowledge, it is really interesting and you cannot stop reading, and you would never guess the things he talks about in his books. In this biographical descriptive essay I am going to be discussing some of Stephen Hawking's childhood and family. Then, I am going to be discussing Stephen Hawking's disease. I am also going to be discussing how he started writing and became and author. Lastly, I am going to be discussing some events in his life.
Firstly, I will be discussing Stephen Hawking's childhood, family, and his education. Stephen Hawking was born on 8 January 1942 to Frank and Isobel Hawking. Both of his parents went to Oxford University.
