The Republican Immigration Policy

S. citizen or legal permanent resident.2 Efforts to preserve and protect families are important considerations when it comes to immigration reform according to the Unites States government. This act is almost assured to plunder. Fixing America's broken immigration system requires a more thoughtful approach; mainly with more than one man's thoughts. Neither sweeping executive action nor a massive, do-it-all-at-once bill offers truly meaningful reform. By passing by congress, Obama has completely cut out the people's thoughts behind his actions. There is a reason for Checks and Balances and this could've prevented possible collateral from coming into the U.S. because the border will be more open and accepting. The majority of the American population has become fed up with President Obama's take on immigration and how he plans to fix it. Gallup poll recently found that 68% opposed Obama's handling of illegal immigration. A recent Reuter's poll found that 70% of Americans believe illegal immigrants "threaten traditional U.S. beliefs and customs" while 63% felt that "immigrants place a burden on the economy." 3 As the president of the United States there is a balance that needs to be kept of making the people happy but also doing what's right for the country. Although these do go hand in hand; the citizens aren't always as naive as a powerful figure would think. Also if a man in power doesn't have the citizen's support he isn't doing a superior job as a politician and won't be able to accomplish much while he is in office. .
When the average middle class citizen finds an issue that they're very fervent about and don't have the means to change the current out come into their favor they make a party. These parties cause more people just like that middle class American to ban together and try to get some solid recognition in order to make a difference. Specifically on the issue of illegal immigration there are hundreds of nativist groups trying to fight Obama's policies and judgment calls.
