             In any organization the stability is its people. As the organisation grows it is crucial that the development on the company's performance management should be viewed in order to inquire problems both internally and externally. Time after time, the system comes first and the process is overlooked. Performance management is expected to accomplish specific things in the organisation but in most instances it is unfilled. The results from those said appraisals are left unused and it should be taken advantage to improve the company. It might then leave an impression to employees that their work was not recognized. It is critical to improve performance management in Damus Building Solutions because where there is a work environment that boosts achievement in the organization; it is most likely to create high job performance and skill development.
             Furthermore performance management should be determined on a strength based system and not only on those current systems where individuals are measured against their weaknesses. This might leave the employee more focus on their weakness and might hinder them from growing and learning. Instead it should also focus on the employees' strengths in terms of challenging employees' to bring forward their contributions more often. In other words the organisation acknowledges that the employee has weaknesses but however it is not an opportunity for growth but their strengths are. .
