It is very hard to your place in life, even at home, is not it? In the past, immigration was virtually impossible due to the strict rules of countries; however, nowadays people can travel or even immigrate to anywhere in the world. People can be provoked to immigrate by a number of reasons such as poverty, political disconnect and war. Migration has become one of the components of globalization. People migrate from all around the world in search of best opportunities and a better life. Undoubtedly, immigrants cause effects and lead changes that influence in the country in which they want to assimilate. To be precise, immigration is beneficial for society, government and economy.
Firstly, immigration has a positive impact on society. In the modern world, there are a substantial number of social problems such as discrimination, racism, low fertility that exist in different ethnic societies. Most of these societies are developing countries where governments do not pay attention to immigration policy or potential immigrants do not seek to immigrate to these countries because of a lack of prospects of personal development or a poor standard of living (Shields, 17). However, according to the research of Richard Florida, who is a famous economist and author of theory of the creative class, in places where government encourages immigration, there is a huge tolerance, which attracts many creative and highly educated people. This formula of success formed in the multicultural cities such as New York and in center of development and innovation such as Silicon Valley in California, USA (Florida). Thus, immigration actually reduces inequality and improves well-being of society, in which immigrants are accepted. In addition, immigrants are fundamental of working labor; they play a key role in development of productivity in many countries, in which societies have fewer social problems in comparison with others (Hoerder).
