In such situation the company might also break the laws about the human right to health and well-being. They save a lot of lives in places where they are used in a controlled and advantageous way, but on the other hand unfortunately there are some cons for every pros and in this case the cons are extremely tragic. I might be thinking from a girl's point of view but I don't think that there is any cultured and educated person in this world that supports such a horrible discrimination. As far as I am informed, the use of technology to determine the sex of the fetus in China is illegal but despite this, sex specific feticide still keeps happening there. At the same time, the law in India is against the dowries but the situation over there hasn't changed much and women are still very discriminated. Even though in most cases the sex selective abortion is illegal. a significant part of women do these procedures in unsafe conditions and put their lives in front of extreme risks. They might be conscious of what they are going through in many cases but their culture still inducts them to take such atrocious actions.
