This group includes computer designers, software designers, computer engineers, product designers, systems analysts, computer support analysts, and database managers and administrators.

             Computer System/Programmer Analysts are responsible for providing assistance and advice to user, interpreting problem, and providing technical support for hardware, software, and systems they may be employed by organizations; computer or software vendors. About 400,000 individuals are employed as systems analysts- professionals who are hired to define business, scientific, or engineering problems and design their solutions using computers. Systems analysts may design entirely new systems, including hardware and software, or add a single new software application to harness more of the computer's power.
             Architects of the computer team, systems analysts begin their work by meeting with various individuals who are involved in the project. Much time is devoted to clearly defining the goals of the systems so that it can be broken down into separate programmable producers.
