Abortion and Christianity

I try to follow the pathways of life and morality that is upheld by many Christians. I believe every single word in the bible, so I will always use biblical text to support my arguments in life. In the bible, it says," Truly children are a gift from the Lord; the fruit of the womb is a reward" (Psalm 127:3). This verse sparks several pro-life supporting arguments. For starters, god is giving you a gift. You should never deny a gift from god. If god is giving you the gift of a child, then he obviously feels you are mature enough to handle that responsibility. If god thinks you are ready, then the argument "I'm just not ready for a child" is automatically invalid. Most of us know the cliche quote, "if god is for you, then who can be against you," so if god is giving you a gift, and you can turn to him in desperate times to hadle that gift (the child) then the things in life that make parenting "too hard," will start to look like nothing.
"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10) Christ came to conquer death. Abortion, from my perspective, is death. I say again, abortion IS death. Christ came so that we may have life, and if you take away a life that Jesus Christ died for, it's like slapping god himself in the face. Taking away a life that couldn't defend itself after god died for that defenseless life, basically makes it seem like everything Jesus Christ did for us was for nothing. And if that is how a pro abortionist feels, then may god have mercy on that's mans soul.
Jeremiah 1:5 says, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations." This cancels out the pro-abortion argument which says "a fetus is not a life, but simply tissue of the pregnant woman." I don't think our powerful and all mighty lord would take time to get to know a woman's tissue.
