             Norming.
During the norming stage, members resolve status conflict and establish norms. This was evident in our group, as we began to build more trust with one another. The shy members were now more comfortable speaking up and were more willing to disagree and express their opinions. For example, one of the shy members suggested that we create a Facebook group and a Google document where we will be able to communicate faster. We all thought this was a great idea, and the leader of the group set it up immediately. .

As a group, we established we established deadlines of when to submit our parts for the presentation on the Google document. Everyone was working efficiently and we always offered to help one another when needed. Although there were a few minor disagreements, in terms of how things should be set up, we were able to resolve them amicably and intelligently.

On the day of the presentation we met several hours before, to rehearse and ensure that everything will run smoothly. During the presentation we experienced some technical difficulties but managed to get through it. After it was done, we all gave each other a pat on the back and were happy that we managed to work effectively and provide a good presentation. We said our goodbyes and told one another that we would keep in touch. .
             Member Roles.
There are three functional categories of group roles " task, maintenance and self-centered roles. Engleberg (2013) cites Benne and Sheats who claim that it is critical to find a balance of appropriate roles based on the group's progress toward achieving its goals. In our group it was evident that members took on certain task roles, which are those that focus on behaviours to get the job done.
