The Relevance of Humanity in a Technology Driven Society

Humans, the cause of carnage, uses the creation of technology as an ingredient to self-destruction. Humans, in the further development of the complex world, will become irrelevant due to the oversight of their greed, advancement of technology's capabilities, and the takeover of biotechnology. Greed is a part of human society that shapes a person's life. In one of Pixar Animation Studio's films, Wall-E, earth in 2805 is enclosed with garbage because of the mega-corporations' neglect for the planet. Humans extract and burn fossil fuels and continuously mine minerals, which lead the resources unable to form. Humans are still going on with gathering nonrenewable resources that they think will take months to form back, but it actually will take years. Global climate in this case is due to the burning of fuel and business factories and companies, the Earth excessively pollutes carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, causing the temperature to rise. Oil companies may conclude that if we halt the prospecting of the resources, that their business for cars will decrease their income. If we continue to rid of all the nonrenewable resources in the world, then the purpose of cars will cease to exist. Because of human's greed, one day the planet will run out of their resources and humans will become irrelevant.
Technology is advancing with every decade that comes along. Jobs seem harder to obtain, even when jobs are attained, minimum wage is an issue. Riots and protests have occurred because of the low income status from restaurants such as McDonald's. Employers who complain to the official CEOs will receive change, but that will be dreadful change. The officials will soon replace the employes with automatic working machines that will handle of the positions that humans are capable of. There will be no need for their ambition to work at restaurants. Taxis, buses, and truck drivers will no longer have a use for their job if the automobile company becomes smarter.
