What's Your Purpose? Laziness at Work

You know what really grinds my gears? Lazy workers! I strongly dislike when people half do their job at work. I work at Burger King sometimes as a weekend closer whenever I go home and this one specific worker, who always end up working me, is so lazy and always half-do her job. She never does anything. It bothers me so badly. Her name is Stacy. She is tall, dark-skinned, and has bushy hair. She usually gets off an hour before Burger King closes. So, she is my pre-closer. She is supposed to make sure all of the dishes are washed except the few pans we have left with the burger meat in it. She is supposed to make sure the lobby trash is emptied and the tables are clean. Also, she is supposed to empty the shake machine out. I cleaned it and broke it down myself when I closed, because she never did it right. It's not much she has to do because I do all of the hard work. .
I hate going home on the weekends, knowing she will be there as my pre-closer. She is nasty, junky, unorganized, and just pure lazy. I hate how she barely puts soap in the dish water. How can you wash dishes with more water than soap? I hate how she dumps the lettuce pans in the sink. She drove me even crazier when she would just sit the mayo pans and ketchup bottles in the sink instead of letting them soak first. So that meant she had all those sauces, lettuce, and other things just floating around in dish water. Isn't that just nasty? I never understood how someone can wash dirty dishes in dirty water with little soap and expect them to be clean.
She would half do everything. She never put the dishes up and they were barely clean. She would let the dishes pile up. She thought that if she let the dishes just sit while she talked and walked around until it was time for her to get off, that she wouldn't have to do them anymore. I didn't know if that worked with everyone else, but she wasn't leaving all those dishes for me to wash.
