It is hard for some people at work to understand and they sometimes comment it's just a work "take it easy". I believe that when company pays you its once duty to work sincerely rather than taking things lightly. If people are not honest I get upset very easily. Accepting mistakes is not a crime but repeating same mistake more than three times shows carelessness. I would not go along with people who are dishonest and takes advantage of others. .
My backup thinking style is that I am conventional. According to the inventory, this means that I am primarily restrained and conservative. I totally agree with the results. As a child I grew up in a conservative family where house rules were "a must" to stay in the house. I believe rules are implemented for reasons. I have four siblings and to manage all of us as a kids my mother had to be strict for our good. As a result we all siblings are well educated and well mannered with good moral values. At work, hence I carry the same attitude. I consider my job place as my second home. I do my best under the companies rules. Rules make me focus on my work. I give suggestion, which are practical and feasible. I would like to change my style because when it comes to take any risk it always suppresses my desire to work in creative work place. .

To plan any task I gather lot of information and opinions from team members ahead of time. Personally I am good at planning and I enjoy doing it all the time. I always share and gather reviews from members before finalizing it. On other hand I lack confidence when I do not have clear vision of the task if it is executed for the first time. This nature sometimes creates lot of stress and hard for my supervisors as I ask lot of questions.
