A. Essentials of Communication .
According to Pearson (2008),studying communication is essential, because Communication is central to our life. Effective communication can help us to solve problems in professional life and improve relationships in your personal life. Communication experts believes that poor communication is at the root of many problems and that effective communication is one solution to these problems. Effective communication may not solve or avoid many problems. You cannot avoid communications and you will engage in communication nearly every minute of everyday of life. B. Communicating in Relationships .

Most people value human relationships and find great comfort in friendships,family relationships and community relationships. Within these relationships we learn about trust,intimacy and reciprocity. We learn about the complexity of human relationships as we study communication,we learn that our interactions with others may be helpful or harmful , Communicators can share personal information that builds trust and support.
