             3. PLANNING AND DESIGN DETAILS.
             3.1.Venue Details.
             "Dinner on Wheels" will have different locations but according to Shone and Perry (2004), choosing the most appropriate location for the venue is crucial for the overall success of the events.
             The main venue will be Hide Park (see fig 1.), for the following requirements:.
             1. Accessible city centre location.
             2. Nearby accommodations for visitors to the city.
             3. Availability for catering and alcohol license.
             4. Health & Safety legislations/procedures.
             Hyde Park is one of the largest parks in central London and one of the Royal Parks of London, famous for its Speakers' Corner. .
             This site would offer guests with the ideal scenery of the greatness of London, as the park has many places of interest as The Serpentine Lake (which basically divides the park into halves), Diana Princess of Wales Museum, London's Holocaust Memorial, and another memorial for the 7/7 terrorist attack (it has 52 steel pillars), Achilles statue. Besides Hide Park is easily to reach as there are many buses available and five London Underground stations located near the edge of Hyde Park: Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, Queensway, Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch.
             3.2. Presumable Entertainment.
             Even though the primary idea are the dinners on the road, there will be the opportunity to organize some other events, such as weddings on the road, meetings on the road, theatre and cinema previews on the road, concerts on the road.
             Presumable entertainment during dinner will depend on customers' preferences, which could include a performance of violinist, pianist or singer, and the entertainers would be performing on a van trailer, obviously smaller than the bus itself and driven by the bus itself.

             3.3. Bus Operations.
             • The overall equipment (tables, chairs and kitchen, etc.) used on the bus is fully mobile and can simply be moved to another bus.
