Objective 4: Launch the Venue.
The launch event will be on 10th of September 2012 in the evening: this event can make or break you and the opening night is all too important for every restaurant. .
Objective 5: Marketing Plan.
We need to ensure we have good bookings for the 3 months ahead. We will therefore put into place a comprehensive marketing plan to commence 4 weeks before the opening day. This will develop interest and communicate that we will be open for business:.
• The most popular newspaper, such as "The Times", "The Daily Telegraph", "The Sun" and "Daily Mail" will be contacted before the launch of "Dinner on Wheels", to promote the new business venture and begin the advertising process. The "Dinner on Wheels" experience will also be advertised on some events' websites (www.londonevents2011.com. , www.allinlondon.co.uk , www.visitlondon.com and www.viewlondon.co.uk).
• Flyers will also be printed prior to the launch and distributed in residential and tourist areas.
• "Dinner on Wheels" will also look at working closely with local destination management companies and event companies which will help to promote corporate business and the private party element of the experience.
