Considering Millennial's tend to prioritize their private lives first rather than professional lives, the supportive WLB workplace environment is especially important (190). As such, Millennial's might leave the current workplace if their personal lives and family matters are significantly disturbed. .
             To appreciate the proper balance between employees' life and work, they search for a new organization where places a great emphasis on WLB, employees' personal life, and flexible work policies. Recognizing this, in order for organizations to obtain qualified employees, corporations should understand and meet employees' changing needs for the organization's commitment to employees' personal factors as well as the supportive workplace of work-life conflict. To prevent low retention rate as well as unnecessary expenditure for hiring and training newcomers, scholars believe that implementing flexible work-life balance initiatives in the workplace can be a promising avenue for gaining competitive advantage in recruitment and retention of Millennial's over rival companies. By incorporating WLB policies, both of the employers and employees will be mutually beneficial. .
             In the past few decades, employees have voiced the needs for improving workplace conditions that support workers to effectively balance between work and life. .
             Legal scholar Mardi Webber et al. point out that this growing interest in achieving a sound work "life balance has been generated by the changing nature of the workforce. In brief, the increased number of women in the paid workforce resulted in the increased number of dual-income families, the single parent families, the rising divorce rate, and these in turn caused the breakup of the nuclear family, and an ageing workforce (54). This growing workforce diversity can be interpreted as the increasing number of employees with the major responsibility for domestic matters.
