For this end of semester's project, you or your team are required to contact an employer near your community or area and conduct an "Employer's Interview". The employer can be a small or large company or contractor that you might want to work for or that can potentially get a job opportunity once you finish your college education. If you are currently working for such an employer, you can contact the most appropriate person in this company and conduct the interview.
You must research the company or organization before you perform this interview; find out as much information about the company as possible in order to appear well informed in front of the interviewee and then, when you present your findings, in front of the class. Save the information you have gathered. You will need it later on as you will be creating a report. .
Once you are well acquainted with the organization/employer, you will contact the most appropriate person either in person, by phone or via email and request an appointment to perform this interview. .
You will be asking questions regarding the nature of the organization, employment opportunities they offer and educational advice they can offer to you in order to help you plan your career and secure a potential employment opportunity with such a company and/or organization in the future.
