In this quote Claudius is speaking with Laertes about killing Hamlet, he wants Laertes to use a poisoned sword in a duel with Hamlet and Claudius will poison the wine which Hamlet will sip if he wins. Unfortunately for Claudius Hamlet does not drink the poison and he kills Claudius by stabbing him and forcing him to drink from the cup. If Claudius had not killed Hamlet senior, Hamlet would not have wanted to kill him; thus killing Hamlet senior out of greed is Claudiuses' fatal flaw.
Ophelia kills herself because she cannot get over her fathers' death due to her being weak-minded. "I would give you some violets, but they withered all when my father died-(4.5.179-180). In this quote Ophelia is telling Laertes that she has nothing else to live for because her father is gone. "It is our trick; nature her custom holds-(4.7.187). In this quote Laertes is saying that she committed suicide because she could not stop grieving. Due to her fathers death Ophelia could not stop grieving so to end the sorrow she committed suicide and therefore her fatal flaw was being weak-minded. .

Laertes has a very impressionable personality. He lets his father tell him what to do when he leaves for France in the beginning of the play and he lets Claudius tell him what to do at the end of the play. "I will do't, and for that purpose I'll anoint my sword-(4.7.139-140). In this quote Laertes tells Claudius that he will follow through with his plane and kill Hamlet.
