             It was all as lonely as could be.

             Summary: In the beginning of the story, the main guy(boss) starts off by introducing his employees, Turkey, Nippers, and Gingernut. One day Bartleby happens to walk into the office and he gets hired as a copyist. He's good at his job, its just that he never speaks or leaves the office because he lives there. His boss just don't know about it. Well one day his boss asked him to help him out with one of the copies/paper and Bartleby said he preferred not to. Well the boss didn't know what to do about that, yet he didn't fire him.
