It is so hard to imagine where I am going to be in the next ten years of my life. Depending on the road I choose now will affect my entire life in the future. Nevertheless, one thing is for sure, I know that God will be with me each step of the way.
I will soon be attending Vintage High School for the next four years. I hope that with the help of my teachers, parents and God I will become the Valedictorian of my senior class. I know that there will be many obstacles in my way, making this an extremely hard goal to obtain, but I feel that St. Johns has given me a strong academic foundation to achieve this goal. Succeeding high school I hope to be privileged enough to attend the world-renowned medical college, Stanford. I will be there for several years in order to receive my MD so I may become a plastic surgeon. .
I highly doubt that I will be married within the next ten years of my life, as it could cause distractions, which may perhaps pull me away from my education. Of coarse every little girl has the dream to grow up, get married, and have a little girl or boy. As I think back I can remember when my grandpa used to say, "This little girl is growing up so fast." Now my dreams are about to become a reality. Although the reality scares me at times, I am also looking forward to what the future has in store for me.
Whether come sunshine or stormy weather I know that I will have the strength to face all conditions by the power that Christ gives me.
