The "Perfect" Government.
The perfect government a goal set by many ambitious nations to achieve, but have they? The answer is yes and no. "In theory" any government setup would work flawlessly if the people themselves were infinitely wise, infinitely benevolent, and infinitely just. Even a monarchy would operate seamlessly under the rule of such a person, for how could the ruler make an error if that person in all respects, was perfect? It wouldn't matter if one person made all the decisions, because those decisions would be perfect. Monarchism is debatably the worst form of government, so many have fallen that it is a rarity to find one that still exists today. Yet it would work under this scenario previously created. This brings up the point that there can be a perfect government; the problem with government lay within the people. .
Today, that is the reason why it is so hard to look at a country's government and conclude whether or not it's a good one. The only way to truly know is by living there yourself, or asking someone who has lived there. Which is why Canada comes to mind when the subject if good government is brought to question. It is our neighbor and is easy to understand how it works due to its similarity of its people and way of life. Although there are a vast number of differences in their government as well, for example, in this quote from the Canadian government official website, it explains the basic idea of Canadian healthcare services: "Canada has one of the finest health insurance programs in the world. Health insurance means that you don't have to "pay" directly for most health care services." Now it can be assumed that this source would be bias, but, free health care is a luxury more than some people would be willing to pay a little extra in taxes to get.
Canada also has the knack of staying out of most conflicts and wars, that is an excellent position to be in for foreign policy; mostly neutral.
