            One thing that most companies will eventually lack and need desperately is excellent customer service. Companies neglect this aspect of their business and focus more on revenue. Revenue is very important, but customer service is even more important, because without your customers you have no revenue. Private Eye Consultants was developed to help companies in need of maintaining outstanding consumer service and companies that want to maintain this service. My business involves lots of communication and feedback to the employers regarding their employee's behavior while in action. Our consultants will evaluate your employee's and give you (the employer) feedback and go above and beyond to offer recommendations and training courses on reviews that are not above expectations. This same service is practiced within our organization also.
             In helping customers strive for exceptional customer service, we must attain the same service within our organization. While training employees, giving feedback to employers we must be role models for today's excellence in service. Our consultants will be evaluated and graded upon the seminars that will be held, training courses and employer interactions. Our consultants are encouraged to contribute greatly to this company because it is also their enterprise. They are hired based on their visions, open mind ness, creativity, and goals for the future of Private Eye Consultants.
             Within our firm we have what is called an "Open mind, Open door policy". This policy was enforced for board meetings (which includes all employees). The "Open door, Open mind", policy allows employees to speak freely, present ideas at any time and to remind them that our doors are always open, even if it's the CEO of the company. We want to hear all ideas, discuss them and possibly implement them. .
             This company will strive for excellence on a day-to-day basis. Considering the fact that my service is critiquing other companies" employees on customer service, it is our duty to not fail this mission.
