There are many kinds of leaders in this world. For every leader I can only say two things that I look for most of them to have. One is the responsibility to take the heat when something goes wrong and the other is to take the praise with his team when things go right. This definition fits in with a lot of things because you have to be this way in your life and in other people's life. I am a little league football coach and I had to be a leader for my 8 and under team Saturday because we were only up by a touchdown and they were not comfortable with the lead. I coach for the Razorbacks and everyone in Little Rock know that we run the wishbone counter. As a leader I saw the problem and I call myself fixing by running to the weak side and it got stuffed. I had to take responsibility for that and get chewed out by the head man. A leader has to always be willing to adjust to make things work for his people. Something's have to change to make them work with precision and a leader has to be prepared for that in some way. I was prepared to change the offense to the I formation and it worked perfectly because they was not used to seeing that formation so they did not stack one side of the line and we ran a counter out of that formation to seal a win with a 12-0 victory over the sunset tigers. A leader has to be versatile in someway because if you are not flexible you can adapt to the environment that you are in and that could always cause you a problem. This is my definition of a leader because it plays apart in everyday life and especially in special situations. Everyone can be a leader if they have great followers because I also believe that leaders are as good as their followers make them.
