Amendment four of the constitution states that you have the right to not open your house to anyone unless they have a warrant or a probable cause. This is one of the most important amendments to the constitution and to the countries legal systems. This protects everyone in the nation from corrupt police and law enforcement agents.
This directly affects me because I live in a home. I do not want law enforcement agents coming and asking to search my house or my car just because they want to look. I am not saying I have illegal things in my house or my car but if I ever do I do not want to be treated unfairly or be searched unfairly either. Just imagine if police could just come and look inside your house with no probable cause or warrant. They would just walk on in and take things or treat you or the denfendant unfairly. This amendment doesn't just affect me or my family it affects everyone in the nation. If this amendment wasn't in affect, more people would be in jail and much more trouble would be caused from people trying harder to conceal illegal things since they cant just not allow people to look. My family owns a three bedroom home and four automobiles. Just like everyone else we deserve our privacy on our property, if the police have a warrant then there is no problem, but if they do not, I am not opening my house up for people to come and search me for illegal things or contraband. .
This amendment directly affects family and I because we own property and automobiles and are entitled to our rights on our property. .

Was a loose construction of the Constitution necessary for American leaders to deal with the issues raised by this nation's growth in size and power? Yes, it was very necessary in order to keep this counrty from breaking apart. .
Just imagine if the constitution could not be changed or amended. How would this country hold together? If the constitution was not loosely constructed, it would be almost impossible for the country to still be following it today.
